Beech Developments really is passionate about communities and as such we are proud to announce that four of our superb new properties will be made available to qualifying purchasers on a shared equity basis!
What does this mean?
Well, if you are trying to buy a home at present but do not have enough of a deposit then you may be finding that either you just can’t buy the home you want, or the mortgage costs are simply too high for you!
Beech Developments has the perfect solution for you: We will lend you the additional deposit so that you can go ahead and purchase your ideal new home.
Who is this available to?
We plan to make four properties available from early February 2010 and expect that they will all be sold within two weeks, such is the demand for this sort of scheme.* The scheme is open to owner occupiers only and not to anyone planning to let a property out.
You must arrange your mortgage via our nominated independent financial advisers, who are experts in shared equity. Before we will accept an offer from you, you must be financially qualified by our nominated advisers.
How do you find our more?
You can contact Beech Developments immediately to discuss the scheme. Only four properties will be available so that you will need to act quickly - very quickly! Call us as soon as you have read this leaflet as we really do not expect the offer to last more than a few days if past experience is anything to go by.
How does the scheme work?
You will be provided with written details of the financial aspects of the scheme and these will be explained to you in full by our nominated independent financial advisers. You will have all of this before you decide to proceed.
Details about our appointed independent financial advisers are provided over the page. Please note that we will not deal with any other financial advisers in relation to this scheme.
